Dr Thanutchaporn Kumrungsee

Assistant Professor, Hiroshima University

Thanutchaporn is Assistant Professor in Laboratory of Molecular Nutrition, Graduate School of Integrated Sciences for Life, Hiroshima University (since 2016). She has completed her BS (2009) from Kasetsart University, Thailand, in Food Science and Technology, MS (2012) and PhD (2015) in Food Analysis, and postdoctoral studies from Kyushu University. Her expertise is bioactive peptides for disease prevention. Her recent research interests are in elucidation of food factors and their mechanisms for combating muscle and brain diseases in aging.
